Use

1) Warm compress
Activate the mask by clicking on the disk located in the mask. Within a moment the mask will start to heat up. Just place it on your eyes and leave it on.
After use, it will be necessary to restore the mask to its original state by placing it in boiling water.

2) Cold compress
Do not activate the mask and instead put it in the refrigerator. Once it is cold enough, you can use it as a cold compress.
